Final meeting of HEPALIS in Warsaw

On the 22nd of November, MindSpin participated in the final meeting of the Erasmus+ Sport project ‘’HEPALIS’’ in Warsaw, Poland!
 

HEPALIS project aims to encourage participation in sport and physical activity, especially by supporting the implementation of European Union (EU) policy documents in the field of sport and other relevant policy areas such as recommendations, guidelines, policy strategies, and the implementation of the Council Recommendation on health-enhancing physical activity (HEPA).

The direct target group of the HEPALIS project:
The target group of the project is especially the low income individuals. Low-income individuals in the groups listed below have a disadvantage in terms of both benefiting from sports facilities and buying sports equipment for their homes as they have limited financial means.
• Low-income migrants and refugees
• Low-income home-office employees
• Low-income university students studying online
• Low-income older people
• Low income physically disabled individuals
• Housewives with no income
