From May 5 to 7, a Train the Trainer program is taking place in Kozani as part of the European project HarmonizER (Erasmus+), which aims to prevent and combat postpartum depression through gentle physical activity, mindfulness, and mental health support during pregnancy and the early months of motherhood.
HarmonizER is a transnational initiative that brings together partners from across Europe to promote physical and mental well-being, inclusion, and empowerment for pregnant and postpartum women. The project seeks to develop inclusive training tools, awareness campaigns, and community-based approaches that support maternal health and combat the stigma around postpartum depression.

Trainers from various European countries are participating in this three-day program in Kozani, with the goal of developing a comprehensive training framework tailored to the needs of new mothers. The project is being implemented in collaboration with the organizations Hellas for Us, MindSpin, Center Yoga Belluno, and Atlas International.
