On 16–17 September 2025, the TWIN Project partners gathered at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, Türkiye, for the European Awareness Scenario Workshop.
The two-day event brought together project partners, SME representatives, and VET professionals from Greece, Spain, Cyprus, and Türkiye to co-create scenarios around the twin transition – digital and green. Through interactive sessions, participants explored both opportunities and challenges SMEs face as they adapt to a rapidly changing economy.
For MindSpin, the workshop was a chance to share our expertise in digital transformation and training design, while also listening to real-world SME perspectives. The insights gathered will feed directly into the TWIN training roadmaps and online resource platform, ensuring that the project outputs remain practical, relevant, and future-ready.
We left Istanbul inspired by the shared vision across Europe: SMEs have the potential to not only embrace digital tools and sustainability practices, but to become true drivers of innovation and resilience.
